The Aspire S & Aspire offers an integrated voice mail system called IntraMail in two sizes: 4 port/4 hour and 8 port/8 hour. Both systems support up to 152 mailboxes and offer interactive soft key operation on the display telephones.
IntraMail’s integrated features include:
- Automated Attendant - helps incoming calls be answered and routed quickly and efficiently.
- Fax Detection - maximizes use of your telephone lines.

NEC’s voice mail applications, Aspire™ Mail and Aspire Mail DMS, are better able to meet these expectations because they are digitally linked in the Aspire platform. Digital integration brings increased speed and accuracy to your voice mail system. And since both Aspire Mail systems mount inside the Aspire cabinet, they are easy to install.
For users who don't require large amounts of storage space, Aspire Mail is a productivity enhancing voice mail system for cost conscious customers. Aspire Mail expands from 4 to 8 voice mail ports, includes 200 mailboxes and stores at least 30 hours of messages. Aspire Mail is easily programmable via provided Windows based Admin Program.
Aspire Mail DMS takes you to the next level of voice mail needs with expanded storage capacity. At least 1400 hours of voice storage are available along with 4 to 16 voice mail ports and 2,000 mailboxes. In addition to powerful Voice Mail and Automated Attendant features, the new Aspire Mail DMS also offers the latest Desktop Messaging and Desktop Call Control technology. Aspire Mail DMS Desktop Messaging integrates your voicemail with your email inbox. Even with all of the sophistication built into Aspire Mail, installation and maintenance are relatively simple. Aspire Mail DMS can also be customized over your Ethernet LAN.
NVM-DFx
The NVM-DFx is a voicemail server which combines the traditional voicemail applications with Desktop Messaging, Desktop Call Control and Desktop Faxing. Desktop Messaging lets you manage email, FAX and voice mail all from the industry standard Microsoft® Exchange/Outlook® application interfaces.
You can send a FAX from an application open on your desktop, instead of having to run down the hall and then find the FAX machine in use!
Each NEC system furnished and installed by Warner Telecom comes with a standard two year warranty on parts and service from the data of purchase. In addition, we can offer a manufactures warranty of to 5 years on NEC parts.
