Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)/Contact Centers
Use Aspire’s built in ACD feature to distribute calls among member agents of a group. When a call rings into an ACD Group, the system automatically routes the call to the agent that has been idle the longest. Automatic Call Distribution can accurately judge the work load at each agent and distribute calls accordingly. The Aspire system allows up to 64 ACD Groups and 512 ACD agents. You can put any agent in any group. In addition, an agent can be in more than one group. This allows, for example, a Technical Service representation to answer Customer Service calls at lunch time when many of the Customer Service reps are unavailable. Further enhance you ACD with InDepth reporting packages.

NEC Headsets
While most major manufactures provide headset that can work with most phones, a separate amplifier has to also be purchased in order to work with a digital telephone system. NEC provides a line of headsets that work with the NEC Aspire telephones with out the use of an additional amplifier. The headset plugs into a separate jack on the bottom of the phone so that the handset can still be connected to the phone. This provides you with the option to use the handset, headset or the speakerphone on calls.
